Discovering and booking travel across hotels, dining, transport, heritage sites, and tours is fragmented and impersonal — travelers want conversational, personalized help planning trips, not just static listings.

Solution

Easea pairs a traditional booking marketplace with an intelligent AI travel assistant. Users discover hotels, dining, transport, heritage sites, group tours, and curated experiences, while the assistant supports trip planning, recommendations, and itinerary generation — and can book and manage reservations directly — all grounded in real platform data through RAG. I collaborated on the platform, built parts of the React Native mobile app, and contributed to the AI feature side.
