Designed and developed a centralized, web-based logistics ecosystem that manages the full parcel lifecycle — creation and processing, vendor shipments, rider dispatch and tracking, zone-based pricing, customer tracking, payment reconciliation, and operational analytics — behind role-based access for administrators, vendors, coordinators, riders, and customers.
